Come and enjoy a deeply relaxing sound bath to celebrate Ostara, the Spring Equinox on Saturday 21 March 2026 10:30-12:00 ❤️ @ Fern Bothy.
The spring equinox, Ostara, is celebrated as a time of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings. Ostara occurs halfway between the winter and summer solstice. It marks the moment when day and night are equal in length, and the sun crosses the celestial equator, moving northward, signaling the arrival of spring.
We will combine some gentle movement and breathwork, followed by a deeply meditative gong sound bath. By recognizing and celebrating the little shifts in Earth’s natural rhythms, we can become more attuned to nature and feel more grounded in our everyday lives.
On the day: Yoga mats, boulsters and blankets are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water and an open mind. Don’t eat anything too heavy before session, a light healthy snack is ok.

Beltane marks the mid-point in Spring, half-way between Spring Equinox & Summer Solstice. It's an extremely powerful time to set intentions for yourself & your life.
By recognizing and celebrating the little shifts in Earth’s natural rhythms, we can become more attuned to nature and feel more grounded in our everyday lives.
Beltane is a joyful celebration of fertility present in nature, and the pleasures we get from being alive. A time to harness the energy of Beltane to ignite your inner flames of passion & creativity. To embolden yourself to be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.
