Join Karen from Empowered Being for a Beginner’s Come and Try Kundalini Yoga class—a gentle and inspiring introduction to a practice known as the “yoga of awareness.” In this welcoming session, Karen will guide you through simple breathwork, movement, mantra and meditation designed to awaken your inner energy and bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. Kundalini Yoga is known for its powerful benefits, including reduced stress, increased vitality, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to your intuition. No experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore something new.
What to bring: Yoga mats, boulsters, blankets & eye masks are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water.

SUMMER SOLSTICE

Celebrate the radiant energy of the longest day of the year with a Summer Solstice Gong Bath led by Karen from Empowered Being. This special event offers a sacred space to honour the light within and around you, as the powerful vibrations of the gong guide you into deep relaxation and renewal. Gong baths are known to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, release emotional blockages, and promote a profound sense of peace and clarity. As you lie back and let the sound waves wash over you, you’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves and align with the expansive, transformative energy of the Solstice. No experience is needed—just bring your presence and an open heart.
What to bring: If the weather is nice then we will go into the walled garden next to Fern Bothy so bring your own yoga mat, cushion, blanket and water. It is important that you are comfortable so feel free to bring any extra blankets or layers for your yoga mat to ensure you are super comfy. Wear loose comfy clothing. It is suggested that you don’t eat anything too heavy beforehand, a light healthy snack is ok.
