Join us to celebrate Ostara, the Spring Equinox, with a deeply restorative gong sound bath. 

 

Ostara occurs halfway between the winter and summer solstice. It marks the moment when day and night are equal in length, and the sun crosses the celestial equator, moving northward, signalling the arrival of spring.

Ostara is celebrated as a time of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings.​ By recognizing and celebrating the little shifts in Earth’s natural rhythms, we can become more attuned to nature and feel more grounded in our everyday lives.

Gong sound baths are highly rejuvenating for the body, mind & soul and bring about an overall sense of relaxation, which can reduce anxiety, help develop a better ability to cope with stress, shift / release emotional blockages from trauma, and even stimulate altered states of consciousness for rest, relaxation and healing.

 

We will combine some gentle movement and breathwork, followed by a deeply meditative gong sound bath.
