Join us at Fern Bothy for Winter Solstice on Sunday 21 December 10.00-11.30 ❤️ for Sound Healing, Relaxation & Sacred Cacao.
Solstice marks the start of winter. It is also known as the returning of light. After the shortest day the sun starts to return and slowly but surely with it, the return of warmth and light.
Acknowledging and celebrating such sacred days are our soul’s opportunity to recalibrate and express our innate wholeness and reverence through ceremony and celebration and connection back to nature and ancestral wisdom.
Half of the Earth's quest for regenerative healing takes place in dormancy and darkness. Dark holy days are where we restore our depth and see the most far-reaching solutions especially during our bodies' times of heightened consciousness.
We will start with a gentle relaxation exercise followed by a deeply meditative gong sound bath.

FULL MOON
GONG SOUND BATH

Join us at Fern Bothy for the New Year & Full "Wolf" Moon for a deeply relaxing gong sound bath meditation.
With its powerful energy, the full moon illuminates hidden truths and helps bring clarity to your thoughts and feelings. It’s a powerful time to acknowledge your accomplishments and express gratitude for what you have achieved since the last full moon it’s a time to identify and release unwanted habits, negative energies, or circumstances, making space for new growth.
Sessions run for an hour we take our time so allow 1&1/2 hours to give us time to settle in and chat about any intentions you want from your session. Then lie back, relax and immerse yourself the waves of healing sound. We finish with a lovely period of silence at the end (just as important as the sound itself).
On the day: Yoga mats, boulsters and blankets are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water and an open mind. Don’t eat anything too heavy before session, a light healthy snack is ok.

IMBOLC

Join us at Fern Bothy to celebrate Imbolc with a deeply relaxing gong sound bath meditation.
Imbolc is the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. It is a reflective time to look deeper into your goals and intentions for the coming spring. We will go into a deeply meditative space where you are invited to set an intention to gain clarity on what you want to tend and grow this year? What seeds do you want to sow to blossom in the spring for and the world?
We will combine some gentle movement and breathwork, followed by a deeply meditative gong sound bath. By recognizing and celebrating the little shifts in Earth’s natural rhythms, we can become more attuned to nature and feel more grounded in our everyday lives.
On the day: Yoga mats, boulsters and blankets are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water and an open mind. Don’t eat anything too heavy before session, a light healthy snack is ok.
