(OR £15 drop in). Wear loose comfy clothing and bring your own yoga mat, blocks/ cushion, blanket & water. Don' eat anything too heavy before class (2 hours at least).

Cant Make It? If you have paid for a class or block and are unable to attend please provide one weeks notice that you cant make it in order to receive a credit for a future class.

FULL MOON SOUND BATH

Join us for the Full “Blue” Moon on Sunday 31 May 2026 10:00-11:30am at Fern Bothy for a deeply relaxing sound bath experience.

With its powerful energy, the full moon illuminates hidden truths and helps bring clarity to your thoughts and feelings. It’s a powerful time to acknowledge your accomplishments and express gratitude for what you have achieved since the last full moon  it’s a time to identify and release unwanted habits, negative energies, or circumstances, making space for new growth.

Sessions run for an hour we take our time so allow 1&1/2 hours to give us time to settle in and chat about any intentions you want from your session.  Then lie back, relax and immerse yourself the waves of healing sound. We finish with a lovely period of silence at the end (just as important as the sound itself).

On the day: Yoga mats, boulsters and blankets are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water and an open mind. Don’t eat anything too heavy before session, a light healthy snack is ok.
