SOMA BREATH &
SOUND HEALING
10:00 - 12:00, Sunday 23 August 2026
Fern Bothy, Bruiser House,
The Steading, Longniddry, EH32 0QJ
Come and join us at Fern Bothy on Sunday 23 August for a powerful and healing 2-hour immersion with a SOMA Breath Work Meditation and Sound Journey experience.
Nigel McHollan (SOMA Breath Work Master Transformational Coach) and Karen Taylor (Empowered Being) have teamed up to combine the power of SOMA Breath Work Meditation with a Gong Sound Bath to bring you a deeply immersive, relaxing and healing experience. A fantastic opportunity to take time out for yourself, rest, restore and revitalise.
SOMA Breath Work Meditation: empowers people with knowledge, tools, and techniques to make positive and lasting change in their lives. SOMA Breath Work Meditation techniques have the power to transform someone even down to a cellular level.
Gong sound baths are highly rejuvenating for the body, mind & soul and bring about an overall sense of relaxation, which can reduce anxiety, help develop a better ability to cope with stress, shift / release emotional blockages from trauma, and even stimulate altered states of consciousness for rest, relaxation and healing.
On the day: Yoga mats, boulsters and blankets are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water and an open mind. Don’t eat anything too heavy before session, a light healthy snack is ok.
